SOLD This little crab seemed determined to hold his ground until I whispered two little words..."Crab Cake"... then he wasn't so brave... For this 12x12, oil/canvas I tried out a different medium in the studio today. It is a mixture of gamsol, stand oil and dammar varnish. It gave a nice smooth feel to the paint and kept it feeling fluid with no stickiness or drag.
